i have a master sequence which calls sequence jobs. if one my sequence fails it is unconditional for the remaining to run. but when one of my sequence aborts for the first time the master sequence continues with the remaining as expected. when it starts running for the second time the sequences before the sequence which aborted only run.
finally,is there any way to set an automatic reset to the sequence as our sequence is scheduled for the weekends too.

When your sequence job runs another job it should use the option "reset and run" and not the default "run" option. This ensures abort jobs are reset.
