Hi,
We plan to migrate from Datastage 7.5.2 to Datastage 8.1.
Have a question here....
Are there additional costs involved in getting the the new version of Datastage ie 8.1 when we have already purchased 7.5.2 a couple of years back?
Thanks for the replies

Provided you have been paying the annual maintenance charge on your 7.5.2 licence, there is no charge for the licence upgrade to 8.1.
(You will, however, probably incur costs related to heavier-duty hardware.)

You might want to pay for Metadata Workbench licenses, although you may get some by default if you were an Enterprise Edition customer with MetaStage. This will give you access to the 8.1 Metadata Workbench product and all its data lineage reporting.
