Do you mean in the Palette or in the Stage Types category?
The Palette is fully customizable.

7.5x2 is the first version before 8 was released that would run Parallel jobs on Windows platform, but 7.5x2 does not have the DB2/UDB Enterprsise Stage. To me, 7.5x2 is a version for you to play and feel what's PX.

What (exact) version is your friend running?

i could see two from IBM site.
1.
WebSphere DataStage 7.5.2 for Windows 7.5.2 Windows NT Windows 2000 Windows XP English U.S.
2.
WebSphere DataStage Enterprise Edition 7.5x2 Windows 2000 Windows Server 2003 English U.S.
I think I was suppsoed to use first one, not the 2nd one.
Thanks

7.5x2 is for Windows only, and does not have the DB2 Enterprise stage.
7.5.2 is for all platforms and does have the DB2 Enterprise stage. However this version does not support compiling and running jobs on Windows platforms; only designing them.

As I said before, if you want to run parallel jobs on Windows platform, you have either 7.5x2 or WebSphere DS/QS 8.0 Windows. And 7.5.x2 did not include the DB2/UDB Enterprise Stage.
