Storage of SDKSequences is different in 9.1 as compared to 8.1 or 7.5.
How to migrate 8.1/7.5 SDKSequences to new 9.1 server?

For those of us without access to 9.1, what exactly are the 'differences' of which you speak? Nothing core to Server jobs changed in... forever. If the internal structure of the hashed file has changed, however, should be pretty simple to write a converter. I'd just be shocked if they did such a thing.
Perhaps it is just a different type?

Migrating SDKSequences File
In previous version we used to have stand alone file in encrypted format (partially readable) for SDKSequences but in 91 i found a directory with name SDKSequences in project folders with two sub directories as DATA.30 and OVER.30
I think option 3 of this link deals with the issue...

They seem to have changed SDKSequences from a static hashed file into a dynamic hashed file. But the task remains to migrate the hashed file, and to ensure that a VOC entry for it exists in the new project.
