Hi
I am trying to create one XML file using the XML stage. In the Assembly editor, under the XML Composer Step - When I am clicking on the Mapping tab, I am able to see the desired hierarchy and also map the source cols to the desired output cols. Job is able to get compiled and even give me the output file. However, its not giving the complete hierarchy. Its just giving the first few headers and not the complete tree.
What could be the possible reason behind it?
Thanks
Tanu
XML Stage - Unable to see the hierarchy coming in the output

It depends...if you have multiple "paths" of that hierarchy (such as a company xml document with "employees" and also an unrelated "products") node, then they have to be related together with other steps.....
Usually, if you have only one input link coming in, which is very likely already a relational set of rows, you will be creating one nested set of nodes on the output document.

Premium membership is the funding model of DSXchange; it's how the hosting and bandwidth costs are met. At less than $0.30 (Rs12) per day, we think it's not expensive, and the benefits certainly outweigh the cost.
