Hi Everybody,
We have a job in which we have to import FpMl 5.2 files/Schema.
But, When we import it is being imported but when we are trying to validate, it is showing an error message that root element is missing.
Does anybody know how to fix this?
Any help regarding this replies will be apppreciated.
Thanks in Advance

Thanks for ur reply Ray.ray.wurlod wrote:Does the export contain only the executable, not the design components? ...
To go in Detail, When we load the FpML 4.9 version files Schema Lib Manager is accepting (as it contains root element).
But coming to 5.2 version the FpML does not have a root element. That's why the Schema Lib Mgr is unable to validate the data.
Do you know how to include a root element or what would be your advice?

I misread your question, assuming you had a job with no ROOT element. Now I understand that you see a difference of behaviour between versions of Financial products Markup Language.
You can find a few ideas with a Google search for "fpml schema root".
