Seriously, how can you expect anyone to know your secret rules on how to generate that output? It's nice that you posted what you need it to look like but you also need to explain in words the business rules / methodology you've been given to get there - don't make people guess or have to puzzle it out.

We know, that's the problem - and from the responses here you can see it didn't work... well, except perhaps for Ray. So are you saying you've already solved this problem?
