Call DSExecute("UV", "CREATE.FILE ":PVFile:" 30",Output,SystemReturnCode)
my unserderstanding of above command is
1. This is the UV command.
2.I will create hashed file by useing CREATE.FILE command.
I have some queries in the above query.
1. what is the mean by 30?
2.where this hased file will store(path).
3.what is the command to see the file and where I need to execute this command.
Please correct me If I am wrong.

Type 30 is a dynamic file, the hashed file will be created in the project directory(you will get a file "D_MyFile", a subdirectory called "MyFile" with 2 visible files and a hidden file).
"see the file"? That would be from the TCL command line using "LIST" or the SQL-DLL "SELECT" command.

UV is not a command, it's a shell.
Assuming the CREATE.FILE command was successful, you can query the hashed file. For example:
SELECT * FROM <<PVFile>>;
(subsititute the appropriate value for PVFile here.
Of course, since you have not populated the hashed file, 0 records will be selected.
