Hello there,
I'm trying to install DataStage 8.x on a Windows XP machine but getting the following error
ECommonMsg88010: The user smithm exists on the system with a different or expired password, the user account is disabled, or the user does not have permission to access this machine from the network. Verify the password and user accoutn or specify a different user and password
The user 'smithm' has full privileges on the system. I was able to install other applications without any issues.
Can you please help me with this?
