I am new to peoplesoft. can any one let me know where can i find delivered etls for HCM to EPM OWE? i want to download them.

I believe what he is referring to are the embedded DataStage jobs in PeopleSoft. Not having used them, I can't help you. However, I am changing the title of your post in hopes that someone with PeopleSoft background will see it and answer your question.

general public cannot able to download etl jobs from oracle gsc , you should take lense from oracle.

Definitely not from here. You would have to contact your vendor to ask where to download their files from.
