I have installed 8.1 on AIX machine having all component on the same machine.
I think WAS is installed as default 32 bit,Is there any way I can just upgrade the WAS to 64 bit without cleaning all other suit component.
Thanks

The Information Server installation has to pick up the installed WAS and record many things about it in the common repository (XMETA), whether there's an existing WAS there or whether it installs its own (which happens first within the install script).
IBM has some scripts around this area, such as AppServerAdmin.sh, but there is nothing of which I am aware to change WAS post-installation. You will get more up to date information from IBM - if so, please post findings here.
