This was posted 01:20am my time. Curiously enough, I was asleep at the time.
What happens after you re-boot the client?
If you want urgent help, sign up with your official support provider for priority service and learn just how much "urgent" costs. DSXchange is an all-volunteer site whose members post when and if they can. The issue is probably not even urgent for you - after all it's now eight hours later and chances are that YOU are now asleep. Are you aware of the fable of the boy who cried wolf?
