I'm getting the following error.
DataStage Job 3446 Phantom 29135
rm: RT_SC3446/jpfile non-existent
5 record(s) selected to SELECT list #1.
Please advice..

Its a datastage internal file. I don't know much details of this file. My job got aborted with that error.

Hi,
I havent come across any internal file with such name.
Anyway, can you post details about your job and also the complete error message from the log?

This Jobs loads the data from staging table to target table using Oracle OCI.
DataStage Job 3446 Phantom 29135

is the complete log from the director for that error.

This is a Known issue in datastage. IBM has a fix for this.
Please find below the response from IBM support:

I have found a patch e75177-multi-ux.zip which may help resolve this problem.

So... "may help resolve" or "has resolved"? I know you marked the post 'resolved' but the message from IBM leaves some wiggle room for them, it seems.

We are yet to deploy this patch. Will update if this patch has really helped or not..
