I have couple of questions on quality stage.
1.How to create rule sets for date,time,phone,email.Because i didn,t find any predifine rule sets for these.
I found for address,name....
So please give me reply that would be appreciated.

Out of the box there is a limited range of rule sets provided, as you note.
DSXchange Learning Center has DVD-based training materials on working with Rule Sets and on Pattern Action Language (which you will need if creating your own rule sets).

There are VEMAIL and VPHONE under the Other folder, but obviously they aren't country-specific. VEMAIL isn't too bad but is missing some of the non-american ones like .co.uk. VPHONE will need a fair bit of work if you plan on rejecting bogus number combinations.
Date/time rulesets will have less in the way of classification file involvement, but will need more work around verifying character patterns and token lengths/values.
