Hi all
I am having set of jobs ,if I am runing these jobs..the runtime gets slow..when compare to previous runtime.
could any one guide me ,what are the steps to be followed to increase my job performance..
You've given us nothing to help you in your quest for knowledge. At the very least you'd need to give us a detailed explanation of your jobs - what sources / targets, what stages it uses, what target update actions are being performed... etc, etc. Etc. Details, man, details!
There really aren't any "one size fits all" answers. Well, there are but those should be obvious. Solutions typically need to be tailored to the specific problem they are meant to solve.

Hi
I am asking about the sequences jobs..
source is Oracle & Flat files.
Target is Oracle .
In my jobs , i am applying business rules like separting the records..and passing them to relvent target tables.
You need to determine your bottlenecks, where the "performance issues" lie. Source query too slow? Updates take too long? Deletes? Inserts? Etc. Split jobs up to test each aspect of the problem.
