Hi,
I want to clear the logs (if exists) before running the job.
I want to do it with unix command. Is there any command for that?

There is no UNIX command to do this, but you can set the autopurge settings to automatically do this for you.

Go into the director, Menu Job -> Clear Log and then click on the check box for the Auto Purge settings for that particular job. The project default purge settings are set in the DataStage Administrator.
