Hello,
we have since this morning one problem. The server is running and there was no intervention on the server and we aren't able to open Designer neither Director neither Administrator.
The server is running on an unix platform and the Designer/Director/Administrator is running under Windows XP.
This problem happens with all the people in this company.
The login window appears but after we put the password, we aren't able to choose any project or connect to the default project. No error message appears. The window simply hangs. In the task bar this applications (Director/designer) appear as "not responding".
We already restart the server but still not working.
The connectivities are stablished because we can telnet to the server machine from our station (the same where we want to run the designer/director.
DataStage version 8.
Can somebody help us?
