Runtime Error 13
After Upgrading the Client licence , changed NLS setting, I am getting Runtime Error 13 while login to Datastage Administrator, but it is allowing to login to Designer and Manager.[/img]

I'd be curious what exactly 'upgrading the Client license' means. Does the error occur for everyone or just you? You might want to reinstall the client software if the problem is just happening to you, it often corrects any of these 'runtime' errors.

Well, thank for addressing the issue,
actually we had 5 users licensed, for Clients, we asked IBM to for the upgrad the Client licensed so they, IBM provided the procedure to to regenerate the licence from the unix side with this command.
#$DSHOME/bin/uv -admin -regin "<authcode" -s 1111-DSSSRV999 -l 8 -d 01/01/2500, after that more then five users can login ,but when we start the DataStage Administrator it give this error Runtime error '13' there are no logs shows the error.
