raghav123reddy ,
So to clarify, you're saying that your survive stage did not create/populate the specified output file in your Project's Data directory? Are you looking in the right place? Within your specified Run Profile's Master Data Directory you will find a directory YOURPROJECTNAME/Data.
Do you have any files in your Project's Logs directory with a creation time similar to that when you ran your SURVIVE job? The ones of interest will begin with the job name. They often contain useful information.

Verify the stage properties in your job to make sure you're looking for the correct output file name. It will not have reported "run successfully" without producing an output file.

What is the NAME of the output file in your Survive stage? Can you use find on the server to see whether it exists anywhere there?
What check boxes did you check on the job run?

I have seen something like this before, but I ca't remember exactly what the cause was.
Anyway, here's what I would do:
As Ray suggests, look at the Data directory in the project for the file, it won't be anywhere else.
Check the logs in the Log directory, there will be more than one so trawl through them all.
If you are running survivorship this implies previous stan and match stages. Try re-running those first. Does the match itself produce any output?
Have you changed the stan and/or match? This could affect the Survivorship job.
If you are running teh stan/match/survive from one job ensure that you have staged the job to run all 3 stages. It is quite possible to do otherwise and this may not give you the results you are looking for.
Are u running in File or Stream mode? Use File mode first then check Stream mode. To get Stream mode to work you may need to separate the survive from the stan/match.
Hope this helps!
Cheers,
Bob.
