How Can I populate hierarchies into XML target file ?

my requirement is like that i have to load the data from flat file to XML File Target, can u please help me about how can i papulated data into XML files,here when we are using XML Files as a target we need to create a hierarchies if suppose we have less amount data we create a hierarchies manually ,"" i have large amount of in my source how can i populate these data as hierarchies in XML files " is there any option for create the hierarchy """" will you please help me regarding this situation.
