as a Data Stage Developer How can i Check Whether the Configuration File is Correct or not? Where can i check .....

No, it is a shell command on both operating systems, it will not work in the DataStage TCL.

You can also click the Verify button in the Configuration File editor (found under the Tools menu in Manager).
