nls error

Hi ,

We had a problem with datastage metadata when we installed it without NLS. The jobs when compiled gave the error 'NLS has to be enabled'. So i reinstalled the server with NLS enabled, but still I am getting the error as :


The NLS character map <ASCL_ASCII> is specified, but NLS_LANG is not set;
the NLS character map must be set to an ICU codepage which is equivalent to
the character set specified by NLS_LANG.,

All our jobs have been developed without NLS enabled and have NVARCHAR instead of VARCHAR in the metadata. We manually changed the datatypes

please suggest is there any way we can change it automatically , as it is very difficult and time consuming to change each and every job ,
