Can any one kindly post their experiences or articles on the performance improvement in Datastage Parallel jobs.

Makreddy,
DataStage Server & PX are complicated products. They can be installed on a wide range of hardware systems. There is no magic switch that can be turned on to tune jobs. The question is far too broad to be able to answer; you would need to specific the requirements in a much narrower fashion, such as "if I have a 2 CPU system with a 4-node configuration and am writing to partitioned Oracle tables (48 partitions), how can I get optimal throughput".
there are many threads in this forum on steps taken to increase job performance, that would be a good place to start looking. Also, the advanced developer PDF document lists some considerations that affect performance.
