Bala_135,

you really should have seen that the reaction to posts marked as "urgent" automatically puts them at the END of our list of things to look at. Anything you consider urgent needs to be addressed to your support structure - that is what they get paid for. As this site is frequented by people such as yourself who earn money doing other things you cannot expect any sort of a response.

You have installed PX but your error doesn't tell us what you are connecting to, what you have tried, and if anything else works. Can you create a sequential file and read it? What data are you trying to view, and how?

Can you create and run Server jobs?

Is this data your job generated? Or is this a file you are trying to configure to read?

The actual error message is that DS cannot create a temporary file in /tmp (at runtime). Do you have enough space in your /tmp directory (actually, why is it /tmp and not d:\tmp? Have you checked your configuration file)? You should be getting another error message when trying to do a "view data".

It's called /tmp because it's accessed through MKS Toolkit. Is your file system full? Do you have write permission? Do you, indeed, have a folder called \tmp ? (I had to create one to get 7.5x2 to work - it's not the same folder as Temp.)
