Failed to connect to JobMonApp

When I run a Parallel job I encounter an warning saying

Failed to connect to JobMonApp on port 13401
I am unable to see the Performance Statistics sue to this error..

Any suggestion how to rectify this...

Hi Rubu,

Your JobMonApp has stopped for some reason. You can start it by running
"./jobmoninit start" from /dsadm/Ascential/DataStage/PXEngine/java -directory. You might need to set the environment by running ". ./dsenv" before this.

If you have 7.5 version you should get in touch with Ascential support as this is 'a new feature' that came with new version and can be fixed with a patch.

I had the same problem with monitor that keeps crushing
I got a patch from Ascential support and now things are not perfect but much better (e66670_SUN_DS75.tar ).
