DataSets - File Set

Hi all,

Could someone explain me what is the difference between DataSet and File Sets?

Which one is better to use and what specific situation?

And which one is more performance?

I've read the pdf but not everything is clear for me.

To put it in simple terms, DataSet is cryptic value breakdown and FileSet is an ascii-human readable text breakdown with an index of files.
