Are you looking for architecture advice or something more DataStage related?

Hi,

I have to execute this in Datastage. I had created a job with surrogate key stage. But with that I am not able to load Reference and Target tables in the way I want.

Any other methods are also welcome..

Try using the Slowly Changing Dimension stage (which also manages surrogate keys).
