soundex on joining keys

Hi All,

I have one flat file with some name. I have data from some table. I need to join them using soundex function on name. How can I use Soundex function on joining keys?

Generate the Soundex values in upstream Column Generator stages.

Use the stage variable read it with soundex and compare it..

Not tested it though , it should work. Logically

Not compare... join two Soundex values.
