New and deprecated parallel transform functions

The 11.3 documentation mentions some new and deprecated parallel transform functions.

Here are some of the new functions that end with a "2." There are other new functions as well.

DateFromDaysSince2
DaysSinceFromDate2
SecondsSinceFromTimestamp2
TimestampFromSecondsSince2
TimestampFromTime2
Atan2

Some of the original functions were deprecated in 11.3. Any idea why?
