Sybase Enterprise bulk load to IQ problem

Hi,
I have problem with Sybase Enterprise stage when loading data to Sybase IQ.
"Error when checking operator: Error in getting server IP and port.Will not be able to load data to remote IQ server."
Problem occurs when environment variable LC_ALL is to default ( pl_PL.utf8). When I manually set LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8 in job properties job ends with success. With this setings there is no native chareacters in target tabel. Can anyone help with that?
