Error when compiling a job

Was there ever a resolution to
this? I'm getting this same error in a brand new 11.3.1 FP1 installation. I even created a simple job with a row generator -> transformer -> peek, and it gets the error too.

Thanks guys! That support document got us in the right direction. Somehow, we forgot to install the C++ compiler on this particular engine server.
