Reading IDocs

Working on 8.7.0.2
I am reading Idocs from SAP ECC , I have no issues reading most of the segments, but in one particular segment I am unable to read the data in a few fields. Although I am able to select the fields in the segment.

I can see that the fields have data in SAP WE02 and also in the Idoc file recieved.

Has any one faced this issue??

We removed the .imf file , reconfigured the Idoc. After that we have been able to read all the necessary fields.
