Transfomer Mapping Clarification

I have one source XML file which consists of 300 columns.This data we are are loading into 40 staging tables.All are one to one Mapping(No change in column Names between source and Target) but number of columns will differ in each table.Just want to know is there any functionality in transformer which will make mapping easier from source to target in Transformer
