XML extraction error

Hi,

while extracting data from XML, i got below error message and the XML stage have 950 columns., please let me know what to do in this case.

Copy_of_XML_Input_0,0: Fatal Error: Virtual data set.; output of "Copy_of_XML_Input_0": the record is too big to fit in a block; the length requested is: 240972, the max block length is: 131072.
