I have an Oracle Enterprise stage at the output of a parallel job as I can do to see errors of Oracle stage using datastage version 8.1

any message I want is to know how to do to save the Oracle stage errors in a sequential file

The short answer is to setup a reject link from the stage to a Sequential File stage. Have you ever done that before? Give that a shot and then let us know any specific questions you may have.
