Well the reason for the error is because there an error converting from a string to a date somewhere in your job.
If you want to see where in the job the problem is you can add the environment variable APT_DISABLE_COMBINATION and set to true.
Did the job abort as part of a sequence? If so then an error message is enough to cause the sequence to abort if your triggers are set that way.
