Facing issue in Netezza Enterprise stage

Hello All,
I am using Netezza enterprise stage for the final load,but I am facing partial load issue in the enterprise stage.I have tried for both ET load and Nzload option,but data gets loaded partially whenever the job aborts.
Is there option by which I can restrict this?
