Is There a Datastage Function in 8.5 to Convert Timestamp from UTC to EST Can Anyone Please Help.

AFAIK, it's not there in datastage.. But you can do it in the database itself.

Automatic time zone changes are not built-in to any parallel job functions. If you know the time zone offset, then you can use either of these built-in parallel jobs functions:

TimeOffsetByComponents()

TimestampOffsetByComponents()
