capture realtime datastage logging

I want to capture the realtime datastage logging(what we see in the datastage director ) and maintain at the enterprise application level(datastage is one of those items) Please let me know your thoughts.

what do you mean by enterprise app. level? Web console?

You can enable the setting to "Generate operational metadata" per project via DataStage Administrator (new feature in version 8.
something).
One of the big, new features in version 8.7 is the DataStage Operations Console. To quote from the "what's new" web page:
The Operations Console provides a view-only client that allows simple, web-based access to the runtime environment of InfoSphere Information Server.

If I recall correctly, the Operations Console dashboard can be installed for any number of users. Again, this is new in 8.7.
