Hello,
we upgraded from DS 7.5.2 to 7.5.3.
Formerly in jobs there was the log entry:
Parallel job initiated
# OSH / orchestrate script for Job dsjob_hga_extr_bw_ok_vorgang_01 compiled at 17:47:20 22 Nov 2011

Now after upgrading in this entry only appears "Parallel job initiated".
And after the logentry "main_program: APT configuration file..." now appears: "main_program: -nchar_cs option is deprecated." for two times in the director log.

Any ideas, how this is caused and whats this means?

In My Humble opinion the deprecated issue might be resolved by recompiling the job.
especially if you imported ajob with the executables.
Usually this means that this option was replaced with a new one and will no longer be supported in future releases.

because of another error we installed patch jr35216. now this is also solved.
