What are the best practices for datastage dataware porject? Please provide ,May be some very high level with some level of details.

I mean datawarehouse project Ray. Also, like surrogate key genration best practices and complex flat file best pratices would help for this.

At IOD 2009 someone declared that there's no such thing as best practices. The best you can hope for is "least worst practices". What's good at one site may not be appropriate at a different site. That's one of the nice things about the flexibility of DataStage - it can accommodate these differences.
