ABAP extrct stage:Invalid character found converting Unicode

Hi,
My job is aborting due to below error.
It is extracting data from SAP table using ABAP extract stage.

The error message says:
" Invalid character(s) ([xDCE1]) found converting Unicode string (code point(s): [xDCE1]) to codepage UTF-8, substituting.
"

Can someone pls help me ASAP.

ASAP help comes from your official support provider, not from an all volunteer forum where people post when and if they can. Not to mention that typically the quickest way to get help is self service, have you tried searching the forums for a unique portion of that error message? An exact search for "Invalid character(s)" or "found converting Unicode string" is in order.
