Job unable to read EBCDIC file

Hi All

I have a job for converting EBCDIC file to ASCII, this job is failing with the below error

Field "RMS_CMQ_CCR_DETL.CUST_NO" has import error and no default value; data: {@ @ @ @ @ @}, at offset: 16

We have recently migrated to DS 8.1 , this is still running fine in 8.0.and is failng only after the migration

Can anyone please advice?

Have you changed the First Line is Column Names setting?
