Oracle Enterprise Stage-How to define timeout period

My ORACLE enterprise read stage is failing with ORA-12170: TNS:Connect timeout occurred.How we can define timeout parameter more than 60 secs, looks like default timeout is 60 sec from other posts.Is it possible to define thru Additional connection options?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
