Compilation error

We migrated from old unix-AIX server to new one. And when we try to execute DS jobs we are getting error "main_program: **** Startup error on node1 connecting with conductor on rdtst1er with cookie 1306322873.682588.1050f8: unable to connect to port 10002 on conductor; socket = 8, Connection refused retries left: 3"
Please help us resolve it.

Where does the "DSJE_BADSTATE Compilation error" part come in?

If we execute the job through the script (Run_singlejob.sh) in command line AIX we get the below error which is logged in log file as below

Started Thu May 26 05:19:38 GMT 2011 by ./MMSG_RunSingleJob_Seq.ksh
Error running job
Status code = -2 DSJE_BADSTATE
Finished Thu May 26 05:19:39 GMT 2011, rc=0
If we execute it through the datastage director... te will give the below error logged in log file and job gets aborted "main_program: **** Startup error on node1 connecting with conductor on rdtst1er with cookie 1306322873.682588.1050f8: unable to connect to port 10002 on conductor; socket = 8, Connection refused retries left: 3"
