How to compile?

Hi All,

I have very basic question here for windows machine how do i compile it.

for my setup
compile:cxx
compiler option :-W/TP -W/EHa -DAPT_USE_ANSI_IOSTREAMS -c

i have one sample program also now?
but not able to understand how to compile and from where to compile?
