Do anyone know how to apply role in project with command?

My company have over 100 projects across many ETL servers.
Users for testing need I to create a testing account in Information Server and apply director role in each project.
It's very hard for me to do this job by hand...
Do anyone know how to use command to apple role permission in datastage project?
