GJ,

Posting private messages asking for help on a question you've posted to the forum probably won't help speed things along for you. People here will answer if they feel they can help, and if and when they have time. Remember that this is a volunteer forum.

That being said: Are there any other messages (warnings, error, fatal, etc.) in the job log? Do you have any message handlers that might be demoting or removing such messages? Any custom operator/buildop/external program that might have failed the job? There's not enough info in what you provided in your post to solve the problem.

You may want to contact your official support provider for assistance as well.

No worries. For urgent problems, it is best that you contact your official support provider. Since this is an all-volunteer forum and not official product support, you're not guaranteed any level of support.

You need to update your business card, James.

Kinda like Captain "You're the only ship in the quadrant" Kirk

For some reason, reminds me of 4:30 Friday afternoons at my previous employer: "Ding" goes the Inbox, "Ring" goes the phone, "Hello?" "Hey, I just sent you an e-mail...can you get that done before you leave?" Always the same guy and I'm sure he did it on purpose :)
