Importing parametrs from one project to another

Do anyone have idea in, how to import the parameters from one project to another project??
IS there any ideas, Please let me know, Thanks in advance

There is a file named "DSParam" that includes parameters information.

when you take export there is option include dependens item..
you just check it would import all parameters as well.....

No there isn't.
But there is one called DSParams.

Why do you want to copy the file ?
You can export the Parameters folder when you export the jobs and import them in the destination
