how can we get basic transformer in parallel jobs?

Hi am new to datastage, can any one tell that how can we get basic transformer in parallel jobs?

It's already there.
But it's not in the Palette (they prefer that you don't use it). You need to find it in the Stage Types branch of the Repository.
